The G.I Joe Movie Trilogy - What to Expect From Samara Weaving, Andrew Koji, Peter Mensah, RZA, and More

gi joe movie 3

A few things to keep in mind when watching the G.I. Joe movie are Samara Weaving, Andrew Koji, Peter Mensah, RZA, and more. As a fan of the series since the 80's, I'm at the older end of the millennial definition. While the resurgence of Jem and the Holograms alienated many of these fans, the G.I. Joe movie trilogy has proven to be a timeless classic.

Samara Weaving

Among the latest additions to the G.I. JOE franchise is Samara Weaving, who will play Scarlett in the upcoming Snake Eyes spin-off. Originally appearing in a 1980s toyline reboot, Scarlett was a counterintelligence officer who carried a crossbow. Since then, she's gone on to appear in Marvel comics and animated TV series.

While Weaving recently signed a deal to play Shana O'Hara in the upcoming Rise of the Cobra, she will also costar in Snake Eyes. The movie will start shooting in Vancouver this week before moving to Japan a few months later. Weaving also recently signed on to appear in Bill and Ted Face the Music next year. Her previous credits include Mayhem and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

She is represented by Untitled Entertainment, which represents the actress and her upcoming project, Gi Joe: Rise of the Super-Soldiers. She will also appear in the sequel to the hit "Ready or Not" with Adam Brody. Her career has taken a turn toward the TV screen as she recently landed a role on the popular Ryan Murphy comedy "Hollywood."

Snake Eyes will be directed by Evan Spiliotopoulos and will follow the origin story of the iconic Snake Eyes character. It's scheduled to be released in mid-October of next year, a little late for those who are looking for a summer or early fall tentpole. Weaving will play Snake Eyes' daughter. Snake Eyes will be the last in the Snake Eyes series.

Andrew Koji

A sequel to the popular action movie Gi Joe will be an exciting opportunity for the actor Andrew Koji. The actor has already had a number of film roles, including the recent American Gods and Call the Midwife. He is repped by WME and the U.K.'s Eamonn Bedford Agency. If he is cast as Gi Joe, it would be a welcome return to his longtime fans.

The third installment of the wildly popular Gi Joe franchise will feature a new villain in Andrew Koji. The ninja assassin "Storm Shadow" will be an evil Cobra agent often at odds with the heroic Snake Eyes. This new movie will explore the origins of both characters, starting as friends before becoming bitter enemies. The film is scheduled for release in 2019.

The actor's casting as Storm Shadow was a surprise to fans of the HBO Max series. The actor's martial arts training has served him well, as he's played the character in two previous films. The actor's character also reveals the identity of the real Storm Shadow, who is often the antagonist of G.I. Joe. The character is named after the legendary warrior who died during World War II.

As one of the most beloved Hasbro characters, Snake Eyes is the most visually appealing of the Joes. His head-to-toe black armor and his sword are the main attractions. Unfortunately, fans don't know much about this character's history. Snake Eyes' origin story, however, aims to fill in some of those details. If you've been waiting for this film to come out, be sure to check out the trailer!

Peter Mensah

Mensah is an accomplished actor who has been in films and television shows for several years. In the television world, he has appeared on such shows as La Femme Nikita, Star Trek: Enterprise, and True Blood. He also played the role of Oenomaus in the Spartacus franchise. In recent years, he has also appeared in Sleepy Hollow and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Aside from his work in Snake Eyes, Mensah has also starred in the critically acclaimed film 300. He also played the blind master in the 2002 thriller Snake Eyes. He has been nominated for an Academy Award for his role as a blind master in Gi Joe movie 3.

While the film is competent in the martial arts department, it is missing the spark of the iconic franchise. While the story itself is compelling, the Snake Eyes character does not feel like one that fans of the franchise have seen before. The film also includes five deleted scenes totaling 30 seconds. While the latter two episodes are far from the most exciting, the deleted scenes offer some great surprises. This will make you want to see more of the G.I. Joe series.

As for the casting, Mensah is cast as the Blind Master, alongside Henry Golding and Iko Uwais. Both actors are capable of delivering explosive action scenes, which makes the film an action-packed ride. Takehiro Hira plays Kenta, but his role is limited to stock yakuza bad guy roles. The film is also notable for the appearance of Samara Weaving as Scarlett, and the return of Peter Mensah as the Blind Master.

RZA

The third installment of the G.I. Joe franchise will see rapper RZA and actor D.J. Cotrona playing Flint and Jaye, respectively. The script for this movie is unoriginal and incredibly predictable. As if this weren't bad enough, RZA is now playing the role of a martial arts master. Unfortunately, his look is truly unflattering. Read on to find out what to expect in the upcoming film.

This film is based on the comic book series "GI Joe." The original comic book series featured a series of villains including Snake Eyes, Jinx, and Storm Shadow. The third installment also features a new villain, Zartan, who has a double identity. He is a former President of the United States, who poses as a U.S. President. Zartan has his sights set on provoking global war and the GI Joes are forced to fight back.

The new sequel is more exciting and louder, but the storyline feels undeveloped and uneven. While the Himalayan zip-line battle is mildly entertaining, most of the action scenes don't have a lot of action. Additionally, the comic book balloon dialogue is also poorly done. Ray Park, as the good-guy ninja Snake Eyes, is also in the movie. The role is largely silent, but he gets the best lines and is both deadly and immortal.

Dwayne Johnson

The latest installment in the G.I. Joe franchise, "Retaliation," has been delayed due to Dwayne Johnson's busy schedule. Currently attached to over a dozen projects, the actor just finished filming Fast 8 and went straight to work on Jumanji. His voice is already familiar to fans, as he starred in the comedy "Central Intelligence" and HBO's "Ballers".

The third installment of the franchise is scheduled for release in March 2015. Dwayne Johnson will play the role of Roadblock, the leader of the Roadblock team, who must stop the terrorists from using dark matter to deliver WMDs. Besides Dwayne Johnson, other key players in the film include Daina Janack, Dr. Adele Burkhart, Barbecue, General Flagg, Doc, and Keel-Haul. A cameo appearance by Cobra Commander is also expected in the movie.

In the movie, Dwayne Johnson will reprise the role of the title character, a veteran of the Gi. Joe franchise. This time, the film will feature a new writing team and director. Jon M. Chu will direct the film. The original film stars Channing Tatum and Dwayne Johnson. The sequel also stars Adrianne Palicki and Ray Stevenson. The movie will be his third installment in the franchise.

Dwayne Johnson will be seen in another comic book adaptation. In this movie, the title character will be played by Dwayne Johnson. It is a sequel to the 1995 comic book adaptation, and is also a sequel to the original movie. The plot revolves around a marching band. In addition to the original comic book, the movie will feature Kevin Hart as Dr. Bravestone, as well as Nick Jonas as Karen Gillan.
